It's necessary every now and again to take some time that has nothing to do with anything except you. Taking over the tub for an hour, reading in a people-free zone, meditation, gardening. Something that you love that will take that nasty tight feeling out of your shoulders and let you regain a level of serenty that makes even the most chaotic situation managable.
High stress levels are associated with many increases in health risks that you may not already know about. It can interfere with cancer treatments, damage your immune system, and elevate disruptive levels of mood or personality disorders, just to name a few.
