Saturday is the seventh day of the week, between Friday and Sunday (the first day), and represents the death of the weekly cycle before its rebirth on Sunday. It retains its Roman origin in English which is of the Roman god of agriculture Saturn. It has been called dies Saturni ("Saturn's Day"), through which form it entered into Old English as Sæternesdæg and gradually evolved into the word "Saturday".

General Chat is for all other topics. Use this room if you just feel like chatting with our staff, volunteers, or other members. Remeber that the operators are probably also helping others in the help channel, so be patient if you aren't answered right away. The help channel gets priority.

Our chat rooms are rated 'G' for General Audience. Profanity, explicit language, and other such topics will not be tolerated. You may not harass, belittle, defame, or otherwise abuse other members and users of the chat rooms, the operators will eject you from the room, and repeated offences may get you banned. In this case the operators are the final arbiters and their descisions are immutable. The only way to make ammends is to discuss it privately with the operator who banned you. Being abusive to an operator is a bad idea, and can get you banned from the network and your GaltGroup account revoked without compensation.
